Change Your Health. An Interview From the Perspective Of God & the Other Side

A big part of life challenges is all about keeping our #health strong and making sure we don't have to suffer from #illness. When illness strikes it's a time to re-evaluate what the causes of the illness were created from and why it also had to happen in the first place. Sometimes people go through life being diagnosed with a whole caveat of problems and a simple pill gives a small sense that everything's going to be ok, but then the ongoing cycle of the carnival ride which goes round and round and never stops, continues for decades.

As I interview people about their health on an ongoing basis, it makes me recognize a whole lot more about why things are out of balance and why so many people are fighting with illness and it really was even more of a surprise after speaking with my own mom.

My mom was one of my greatest supporters for natural health. And as she struggled with chronic heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and constant high blood pressure since I was a child she would always tell me to make sure to take care of myself. At the time my immediate response was always, "I know Mom, I am taking care of myself." I can still remember a time when I was in my mid-twenties and not feeling too well. I was so sick and I just couldn't get out of bed. I had gotten one of the worst cases of the dreaded #flu bug ever imaginable. It knocked me down hard. My Mom immediately told me, "You have to take care of yourself better." And as all moms did, she took care of me and made sure I was taken care of very well. I got better and then as the years went by, she was always asking me, "Are you taking good care of yourself?" And I always told her, "Yes Mom, I sure am."

I didn't realize at the time when I was younger that my mom was always making sure that I was well, along with my sister, my dad and all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. It wasn't until she was sick and dying that I recognized that she had been taking care of everyone else, but not her own self. When she passed away, I still didn't recognize this completely. She was mom, she was always there for me and everyone else. I recognized it more clearly after she passed away and I had had a long conversation with her about this. Being #clairaudient and #clairvoyant, it gave me an inside look and even greater understanding of what really is happening in society and what things can and should be changed if we want great health.

Here's a small sample of my conversation with #God and my Mom from the other side. You can take it for what it's worth to you, but if you pay close attention to the lessons within the conversation, there sure is a whole lot we all can take with us to insure much greater and better health.

Mom: "I did things all wrong when I was alive. I should have made more time for myself, but what I did was worry about everyone except for me. I didn't want to hurt other people's feelings by taking care of myself. That would have been too selfish of me. So I thought. I was responsible for taking care of the family, while your dad worked long hours all day. There was no extra time or chance for me to be who I really wanted to be, but overall did I accomplish what I came to the physical world to do? The answer definitely is yes."

Patty: "Mom, Did you even think about what you'd do differently if you could do it all over again?"

Mom: "I made my choices to the best of my abilities at the time I was in the physical world. I knew what my job was. It was to be a mom, a great wife and an even greater grandparent."

Patty: "Well you did great at that for sure."

God: "My love, everyone goes to the physical plane to discover love in it's unconditional existence. Many have a hard time getting to this place. it's a process which takes time. Your mom knew and understood this, but let's let her go on and explain more."

Mom: "I didn't know any other way to be. I gave all I had from my heart and became a teacher of patience, love and respect. I had a role to teach all this, but it took a toll on my own health and the reason for this was because I was too out of touch with my own self. There was always concern of having enough income, making sure the kids and grand kids would have a great life, even it it meant for my own suffering, which I didn't recognize earlier on."

Patty: "Didn't you have dreams and goals to accomplish? Didn't you have wishes and hopes?"

Mom: "I came from a big family of love. I went through World War II and was in a concentration camp for 5 years. When you go through something so difficult in your teenage years, the only thing you can think about is giving back better to everyone else, because you really want your loved ones to live a better life. I really hurt myself by giving constantly to everyone else."

Patty: "There is nothing wrong with what you did Mom. You were the best to everyone and everyone loved you for it. You were an exceptional role model for what a great person is and should be."

Mom: "Thank you Pat, but you also have to know that inside of me, I was empty. I didn't share this with anyone Pat. I was empty because I didn't give back to myself. I didn't allow myself to experience my own dreams. I felt that my purpose was just to help everyone around me, but it's more about having a balance of give and receive. You can't be a giver and not receive back for yourself. This is why when you were young I was first diagnosed with high blood pressure. I wasn't a person who was ever stressed, that you could see, but the stresses were deep inside of me. The stuff that can't be seen on the outside. It was the old stress and emotions from the days of the war. It was the stress of worrying that there wouldn't be enough income to support our family, although we were fine and the fear of giving my kids a quality life, it was the every day stress of trying to keep everyone else happy and not doing enough for myself. I always told myself that I was going to do more with my life, but there was no time for that. But the real truth is that I didn't make the time. And I should have.

People are sick and being diagnosed with illness because they worry about everything and they have stopped taking care of their own selves. People have stopped eating correctly, like I did and it's because when you have so much worry within yourself, you can't really think about what you need to do for yourself. It's sensory overload. The body and the senses are already overflowing with too much, that there isn't an ounce of space or energy left to absorb what actually is out of balance or what may be actually going on around you or within society itself. People should already know that a lot of the food they eat is poisonous for their bodies, but they have too much sensory overload, so there is no more room to understand this. The human body will not get sick if it is cared for correctly. I didn't do that. I had sensory overload all the time. It all comes from worry, fear, stress and trying to do too much and not enough for your own self. It's really this simple. If people want great health and if they want to feel good, then they need to find ways to not have sensory overload. I wish I knew this when I was in the physical world. I would have done things differently for sure. The best way for me to explain it so that you can understand it better is like having a mental block from everything that you really need to see or do for yourself. It's a mental block of what the truth is within your own self and within society. This is sensory overload and the majority of the population has it. And this is the reason for disease. There's not enough of your own awareness for the truth."

Patty: "Wow, I never looked at illness from a standpoint of sensory overload, but that makes complete and total sense to me now."

God: "My love, until people can get to a better place of understanding that life is not suppose to be about survival all the time and that it's about living it full with abundance, happiness and love, then illness will continue. Sometimes it takes someone to get very sick before they will recognize that they have to slow down and take care of themselves first and not let their own selves go. For others they may struggle with an addiction or just not be happy with a job, but these are the things that take people to a deeper more spiritual growth perspective to finally be able to combat what it is that they may be going through and finally try to become disease free or to a happier place of fulfillment. Your mom is an excellent example of someone who gave her all. And she was an incredible person, loved by many, but she didn't have the balance of complete fulfillment for herself and this is another reasoning for the ongoing diagnoses of illness she had to deal with. She had chronic heart disease, but this was due to a very broken heart from the baby she lost previously. The heart disease followed her through her entire adult life, because she never dealt with the loss directly and didn't find the time to take care of her own self. You see, there must always be a balance of give and receive. You cannot have more of one and not the other, the universes energy doesn't work this way.

The stresses of everyday life that so many endure, continue because there's not enough balance for ones self and the ongoing sensory overload continues until the individual is finally able to cope with finding balance to make the time for their own self and let go of the negative things that are bothering them."

Patty: "I have never looked at life this way. So I am understanding that it's very important that we make more time for ourselves and find ways to relax and not ever get to the place of sensory overload.

And if I can test my understanding further, sensory overload is a mental block which blocks an individual from being able to see the truth, it prevents them from learning or understanding more about their own environment of what may be out of balance and for society itself and it's really caused by not having the right balance of give and receive, which then creates illness which ultimately manifests itself from being on sensory overload."

God: "Yes, that is 100% accurate."

Mom: "Make more time for yourself. Play more. Having fun is so very important to feel good each day and keep illness away. Don't worry about anything which will create stress. Enjoy the abundance which life offers you. Most people don't take advantage of this. Too many people are always suffering. Suffering comes when we don't take time to trust that it's ok to take care of our own self."

Patty: "Thank you Father. Thank you Mom. This is very positive information that I know a lot of people need to hear."

God: "You are very welcome my love."

Mom: "I love you Pat."

Patty: "I love you too Mom. And I trust and love you Father. Thank You!"

So what are your thoughts of sensory overload? Is this happening to you?

Light & Love,

Patty
