Nutrition
Are you eating the right food? Foods loaded with chemicals and artificial sweeteners hurt the body tremendously. Our body needs healthy protein, healthy carbohydrates (organic fruits & vegetables) and healthy fat in order to sustain optimal health. If you're not getting enough of the right nutrition, then proper supplementation is necessary to insure you're getting enough of the right nourishment, to help you fight disease and prevent it.
Man-made processed foods, sugars and trans-fats should be cut out of your diet, especially if you're trying to fight off illness. A diet loaded with organic raw fruits and vegetables (15+ servings per day) is extremely important.
What you put into your mouth, will determine the outcome of your bodies health. Think before you take that next bite. Will that next bite offer you a healthier body? Is it loaded with nutrition? Any time the answer is, "No," don't eat it!
Do you get an adequate amount of filtered drinking water each day? It's important to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces every day. Water helps cleanse the toxins out of the body, it helps to maintain body temperature and it keeps us hydrated. Without enough water each day some people tend to get headaches, are foggy/sluggish, brain fade, dizziness, fatigue, constipation and the list goes on and on. Drink your water! It's a shower for the inside of your body.

Spirituality / Faith / Love

Our faith with God and the love that we light ourselves up with and give out to others, plays a very important role in our overall health and well-being. Having a strong relationship with God can create miracles beyond our comprehension at times. When we have lack in this area, struggles and illness come into play more often. Open your heart up more and listen to the answers that are right inside of you already. But remember that sometimes the answers may be different than what you may be looking for.
"With man this is impossible,
but with God all things are possible.
Matthew 19:26

Emotional Balance
Sleep is so important for a healthy body. When we sleep at night, the body has the time to repair itself. Cells regenerate while we sleep and when the cells are healthy, the body becomes healthier. A lack of sleep can actually weaken our cells, thus creating an unhealthy body. Get a minimum of 7-9 hours of your beauty rest each night, it'll help fight and prevent disease.

Our overall health is tied into our emotions. When we feel happy on a daily basis our body can heal and repair itself much easier than if we have pent up emotions of sadness, fear, anger and stress. Sometimes people hang onto these old emotions for decades, but these emotions have to surface if we don't let them go. Many times they manifest in the form of illness. If there's anything you're holding on to, release it once and for all and let happiness and love take control for a change.
Sleep
Exercise

Exercise is another key ingredient to prevent and fight disease, as well as reduce stress, anxiety and sleepless nights.
The body needs exercise to be healthy. It helps to keep the lymphatic system moving, which is part of the immune and circulatory systems. Vessels carry fluid to the heart, and exercise is a big contributor to this. This is also how we keep our immune system stronger too.
If you have no real reason as to why you haven't been exercising, then it's time to get started. A minimum of 30 minutes, 5-6 days a week is necessary for better health. Exercise doesn't have to be boring, so get outdoors and have some fun and make sure you sweat! Sweating removes toxins, along with heavy metals out of the body. When toxins and heavy metals stay in the body, the body stays sick.
