Many people experience pain on a variety of different levels. It can be mild or excruciating. Pain is associated with discomfort, can come on suddenly or it can be triggered by the condition that our body is in. There are many different reasons that people have pain, but the main reason for pain is because of some type of underlying condition. There has to be a root cause triggering the pain and this is where the focus really needs to begin.
If the pain is attributed to an injury, chiropractic's or physical therapy can be very beneficial. Many times there's inflammation in the body, but inflammation if not attributed to injury usually is associated with a body that hasn't been well maintained, such as eating the wrong foods, foods loaded with sugar, processed foods and foods that have chemicals added to them. People don't truly understand the magnitude and the effect that food has to do with inflammation and pain. If this sounds true to you, change your diet and lifestyle and see what changes you may notice.
Additionally a lack of exercise can cause joints and muscles to get stiff and achy. Get out and move. Exercise can help when there's been no injury.

Release anything that you may be holding onto and forgive anyone that you may have had an issue with. You can just forgive them in your mind, this is enough to release you from your pain.
Releasing The Pain To God
Having good spiritual well-being can create miracles. Surrender your pain to God and tell Him that you're completely done with it. Let Him know that He can do what He wants to do with the pain and just release it. Trust in Him and Believe in Him, then create a new mindset that you are free from pain.
