The Whole Body

Our body is responsible for helping us achieve a healthy balanced life but, it can also create a lot of disarray and illness.  Achieving optimal wellness can most certainly be obtained, when there's a broader understanding and focus of what next steps need to be taken.

The Start of Wellness Begins Right Here...

A body filled with illness most often is due to the lack of absorption of proper nutrients, which can be caused by a poor diet and/or the digestive system not functioning properly.

The digestive system is most always responsible for most all diagnoses by the medical profession, but in today's day and age, still not yet recognized as a contributing factor of most major illness.

Why is the digestive system responsible?  The most common answers are poor diet, foods loaded with chemicals, stress and a digestive system with an insufficient amount of digestive enzymes.

Enzymes are the key ingredients and a little unknown "SECRET" extremely needed by most everyone, to help our digestive system assimilate (absorb) the nutrients we feed it.  When the body lacks enough of the proper digestive enzymes that our digestive system needs, our body can't properly receive and use the nutrients it needs to function optimally within each organ or gland in our body.  When the body isn't digesting food properly it can create havoc and a toxic environment and can lead to chronic degenerative diseases.

Being balanced in the digestive system is one of the "MOST" important things you can do for your body, whether you're trying to get through major illness, lose weight or just stay healthy and prevent disease.

Many people feel that they eat properly, but most people really aren't.  Quality digestive enzymes supplemented with each meal, on a daily basis can make a significant difference in one's overall wellness.  It's the hidden secret, that not too many people really understand yet. Or you can get these enzymes by eating a lot of whole food nutrition.

A body trying to obtain optimal wellness needs a good healthy diet without artificial sweeteners or chemicals, a minimum of half your body weight in ounces of clean filtered drinking water, 7-9 hours of sleep each night, exercise at least 30 minutes 5-6 days per week, be emotionally balanced, and have a good strong relationship and faith in God (Source). And have a positive mindset and attitude. Negativity keeps you vibrating lower and will keep you struggling with health and weight issues. Yes... It's really this simple!

Wellness Begins Here

What Are Enzymes?

Enzymes are proteins which breakdown the foods we eat to help the digestive system begin its process of digestion, helping to absorb the nutrients  consumed.  However, when not enough healthy food is eaten, not enough enzymes will be present to breakdown food appropriately, which results in very little to no nutrients being absorbed by the body, turning food into toxic waste and creating havoc and disease in the body.  It's not only digestive related disease, it can be all kinds of disease.

Where Do Enzymes Come From?

They are created in the body starting with our saliva, but they also come from plant foods and animal organs.

Who Needs Digestive Enzymes?

Everybody does!  If you typically don't eat tons of fruits and vegetables with every meal or if you eat any kind of processed, cooked or man-made foods, you need more digestive enzymes with each meal you have.  It's critical to your health!
