What does it take to attain optimal wellness? We'll review the 15 most important steps of what it takes to achieve optimal wellness, which you can start right now.
Wellness has a whole lot to do with a person‘s mindset and how strong and willing they really are to achieve a healthier and more vibrant body. Anything is possible and most any diagnosis of illness can be fought. Depending upon the severity of the disease at hand, will ultimately also determine how long of a fight you might need, to get yourself well again. But, it’s the fight or drive that’s within you that can give you the ultimate healthier outcome. You have to want it bad enough and don’t quit, especially if you’re following a plan, but don’t see the results fast enough. When you quit too soon or are constantly looking for a new direction and not giving something a try long enough, it can destroy your ultimate outcome.
Here‘s what’s involved to achieve optimal wellness:
1) Change your thoughts. Every thought whether negative or positive effects your cells. If you want to feel great, you need healthy cells. Healthy cells can only come from a positive mindset.
2) Change your words. Choose the words you speak wisely. Your words can either move you forward or throw you backwards. Words also effect our cells. Healthy cells can only be formed when we're completely using positive words.
3) Tell a new story about yourself. Don’t share the story about the person whose been sick. Share the story about the person whose getting healthier each day.
4) Change your diet. Wellness comes when we eat the foods of the earth. They should be organic and raw. Eat tons of them everyday. When you’re sick you need 25+ servings per day because plants have #phytonutrients which is the #medicine that God have us.
5) Get rid of stress. It’ll affect your ability to heal.
6) Sleep at least 7+ hours per night and rest during the day too. Sleep heals our cells and replenishes them.
7) Laugh, play and have fun. Bring joy into your life.
8) Release old #emotions of #anger, #fear or anything else that you may have swept under the rug for years or decades. Emotions that are swept aside can manifest into illness. Release them. Ask God to get rid of anything that may have upset or angered you from the past. Let it go now.
9) Forgive anyone whose wronged you. You don’t have to forgive them in person, just simply from within. You never have to be friends with them or you never have to talk to them. Just forgive, so you can set yourself free. This is part of optimal wellness and an extremely important part of healing.
10) Stop #smoking and drinking too much #alcohol. Don’t smoke at all, and depending on the severity of illness cut out most or all alcohol. No hard alcohol ever, any longer. A small glass of wine or a beer on occasion is ok. Try to keep it limited to a special occasion.
11) Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of filtered or Spring water each day. If you can get a gallon of water in each day, it’s even better.
12) Exercise if your body can handle it, for at least 30 minutes 5-6 times per week. It needs to be a fun sweaty type of #exercise.
13) Use unconditional #love with everyone you talk to.
14). Love yourself and believe in yourself. #Believe that you’re getting healthier right now. And be grateful for you, for your life, for your body, and for your health. Be grateful for everything and everyone. Say, "I Am Grateful for... (fill in the blank).
15) Have a strong trust and faith in God. He’ll create miracles in your life far greater than you can ever even imagine.
Wellness begins when you’re ready and not a moment sooner. If you’re sick, start now and don’t keep putting it off til tomorrow. Have #patience with your body. It takes time to heal. Give it a chance.
Light & Love,
Patty
