When it comes to our #health and the total effect of #healing, more often than less it’s tied into our emotional state of mind and our mindset.
Having a healthy mindset and feeling positive and happy will dictate the direction of #wellness that your body goes. When we allow happy emotions to surround ourselves we are creating health and wellness, but when we feel upset, unhappy or stressed out, we are carving a path of an unhealthy relationship with our body.
Many times people will go to the doctor’s office and receive a diagnosis which can be upsetting, feelings of doom and gloom can arise and a mindset can be created which is negative or a belief system instilled which can automatically lead people into a state of no return for great health anymore. It's a learned trait and often times hard to see that there are other possibilities available.
If you believe that a diagnosis has to be doom and gloom, then you are self-sabotaging your own body. Just because someone gives you bad news doesn’t mean that it has to be this way all of the time. Many people are diagnosed with illness and told that once you receive it, you can never get rid of it. But the truth is that if you believe your body can heal and if you don’t buy into that type of mindset, all illness has the ability to clear up. It may take some time to clear things up. Effort may have to be put into it, along with a change of diet and lifestyle, but the human body is so resilient that it has the ability to repair itself, no matter what is going on.
Our mind is POWERFUL! The words we speak, the emotions we hold onto, the feelings we have, the thoughts we think and our mindset can dictate a healthy body and a healthy life. Break out of the old patterns and ways of what you are always being told and trust that there are natural remedies instilled within us already which can give you a very optimistic and positive change at recovery and better overall wellness.
