2023 is around the corner and this is the year to take back control of your own #health.

There are too many people sick with illness and the wrecked #Covid 19. This year is all about survival of the fittest. It means you have to keep your body strong and healthy, or you might get sick and struggle to get well. Every person has the ability to get healthier, by creating a healthy immune system and the very first place to begin is with the food you eat.
Food has the ability to keep us healthy or wreck havoc on your immune system. God gave us an immune system to keep us healthier and to fight off illness, but it's our own choice and in your own control whether or not we want a strong immune system or not.
Our bodies need a minimum of 17+ servings of fruits and vegetables to stay healthy and be able to combat illness when it tries to strike. But, how are you suppose to do this? 17 servings can be difficult for adults, let alone children. Please reach out to me if you'd like to learn how I get myself and my family to get all these servings daily and how it's kept us healthy, given us great daily energy and keeps us going for 20+ years already.
