How I Stay Young and Vibrant At 60. My Personal Daily Lifestyle.

People often ask me what I do to stay young, vibrant, and full of energy. The truth is, it’s not one single thing, it’s the collection of simple, intentional habits I’ve built into my life. These are the choices I make every day that keep me feeling youthful, strong, and aligned with the person God created me to be.

Age truly doesn't matter. You can be youthful and not age aggressively or rather slowly, if you have the right habits.


Everyone has the choice to stay young or grow old. I choose to stay young. And it's a decision that I've made for myself.


1. I Make Sleep a Priority

One of the biggest things I do for my health is make sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. I treat sleep like a non-negotiable because my body cannot restore, repair, or stay balanced without it. Good sleep is one of the main reasons I feel young and mentally sharp.


2. I Move My Body Every Week

Movement is medicine for me. I walk 10,000+ steps at least 5 days a week, no excuses. Walking keeps me grounded, improves my mood, and helps with digestion and detoxification.

I also lift weights to keep my muscles strong and my metabolism active. Strength training is one of the best anti-aging tools, and I feel a huge difference when I stay consistent with it.


3. I Eat Clean, Simple, and Purposefully

My diet is extremely simple because that’s what keeps me feeling my best. I eat:

  • Meat for strength and protein / No pork ever, due to parasites.

  • Fruit for natural energy and hydration

  • Some vegetables for fiber

  • Healthy fats every single day for hormone and skin health


And just as important as what I do eat is what I don’t eat.

I do not eat processed foods. I do not eat junk food. I do not eat dairy. And I do not touch seed oils because they’re inflammatory, unstable, and damaging to the cells and will age you quickly. My goal is to nourish my body, not overwhelm it with chemicals, additives, and man-made oils it was never meant to consume.


I live by the belief that I eat to live, not live to eat. Food fuels my body and supports my longevity. That mindset changed everything for me.


4. I Stay Hydrated Every Day

I drink at least 64 ounces of water a day, and usually more. Staying hydrated gives me clearer skin, better digestion, more energy, and a sharper mind. It’s one of the easiest anti-aging habits I practice.


5. I Choose Clean Products for My Skin and Hair

I’m very intentional about what I put on my body. I use only chemical-free lotions, creams, shampoo, conditioner, and personal care products. My skin absorbs everything, so I make sure I’m not loading myself with toxins from the outside.


6. I Take Holistic Supplements to Bridge the Gaps

Even though I eat very clean, I still take a few holistic supplements to support my lifestyle and bridge any nutritional gaps. 7. I Reached My Goal Weight by Keeping It Simple

8. I Talk to God Daily

My connection to God is the foundation of everything I do. I communicate with Him every day because my spiritual health affects my physical health.


I believe that our thoughts create our reality, and God backs that up in His Word.

  • “As he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7

  • “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” — Mark 11:24

  • “Guard your heart, for it determines the course of your life.” — Proverbs 4:23


If I think I am old, I will become old. If I think I am sick, I will feel sick. If I think youth, energy, strength, and vitality, I walk in that reality every day. That’s the power of faith and mindset.


9. I Pay Attention to My Vibration and Frequency

Everything has a frequency; food, thoughts, words, and people. I choose to keep my vibration high by staying grateful, positive, prayerful, and intentional. Low vibration leads to stress and illness. High vibration leads to joy, peace, and longevity. How I vibrate determines how I experience life.


I meditate almost daily and find peace within myself. I create a positive mindset and attitude. This makes all the difference.


10. I Get Sunshine on My Body Almost Every Day

I make it a point to get outside and absorb natural sunlight whenever I can. I take off my sunglasses, lift my face toward the sky, and allow 20–30 minutes of sunshine to hit my skin; especially my face, head, and body when the weather allows. Sunlight is one of the most natural ways to support the body’s production of vitamin D, which is essential for energy, mood, immunity, and overall vibrancy. Getting real sunshine keeps me grounded, balanced, and connected to the natural rhythms God created for us.


This Is My Lifestyle. This Is Why I Feel Young.

There’s nothing complicated about what I do. I stay consistent. I stay true to what works for me. And I live with purpose, positivity, and faith.


This is how I stay young and vibrant, and it’s a lifestyle anyone can begin, one choice at a time.
