The body is resilient and can transform itself when it is given proper nutritious foods, exercise and enough sleep. Foods loaded with chemicals, sugar, dairy and ones that are processed are very hard for the body to digest and absorb and instantly cause havoc on our organs and body systems. These are toxic to the body and can create inflammation and other illness issues. Environmental factors, metals and dead foods will do the same.
Also remember... Eat to live, don't live to eat.
