Enema's are one of the most important things you can do for your health. Whether you want to prevent disease or get rid of it, you need an #enema.
Most people eat poorly and digest man-made and cooked foods all day long and most everyone has been doing this for decades. As the years go by and we continue to eat junk, the body will produces mucous to protect the intestine, then attaching itself to the inside walls of the intestinal walls with the other toxins of our bowels still attached to it and hardening as time goes on. When this happens, these are toxins that stay inside your body and don't come out with your bowel movements. Most of us even have this hardening of toxins from childhood still and this is what can cause all kinds illness, make you feel fatigued, give you headaches and some of the research even shows that it gives people backaches.
Imagine the pipes in your kitchen sink. If you were to drain used oil that was used for frying foods down the sink and into the pipes, over time it would continue to harden and get pretty darn thick, making it hard for water to pass through it. This is exactly the same idea as to what is going on in our intestines. As we eat processed foods, cooked foods and all these artificial ingredients, chemicals and anything else which isn't from nature, these foods turn to toxins and begin building up inside your intestinal walls. "Over time (years usually) these mucous layers build up and harden making the intestines less effective at absorbing what you eat." (1)

What Type Of Enema Is Best?
Doing a water enema is one of the easiest, most cost effective and healthiest ways to begin cleaning yourself out. Why water? Because water is cleansing. Water is the only solution that will get all that crud out and off of your intestinal walls that have hardened and been there for years.
How To Do An Enema
You can purchase an enema bag at your local drugstore for around $10. Make sure you rinse the bag a few times first, prior to using it when it's new. Use only clean filtered water at body temperature if possible. Use one full bag. Make sure you have at least 20-30 minutes available to do this procedure. You can do this on your own without the help of anyone else.
Start by filling up your bag till it's completely full of water and attach the hose to it. Hang the bag higher than you are. Kneel on the floor with your backside up in the air and carefully insert the end of the tube into your rectum gently. You can use a lubricant such as grapeseed oil or olive oil to help make the insertion easier. Insert only about 1-2 inches, while keeping the hose clamped, so that the water won't leak out. Once you've got the end of the hose inserted, let go of the hose and stay in a kneeled position on the floor leaning forward with your butt in the air. Allow the water to release into your rectum. If it gets uncomfortable, simply clamp the hose till the uncomfortable feeling goes away and then release it again. Try getting the entire bag of water inside of you. Once you've released all the water and it's inside of you, you may get an urge to immediately run to the toilet. Clamp the hose and remove the end of the hose gently from your rectum. Be prepared to sit on the toilet for at least 20-30 minutes till all the water comes back out. If not that much water comes out, don't let it alarm you, your body may be absorbing it if you're very dehydrated. As the water starts to find its way out, you should see a lot of bowel junk come out with it and you will probably be amazed at how much toxic junk comes out of you. This is the stuff that needs to come out to help you prevent disease and get rid of disease. You can do enemas daily if you're sick and if you're not sick, weekly will really help keep the toxins out of you. It's safe to do daily.
Pros & Cons of Water Enemas

After the Enema Is Complete
Whenever you do an enema, make sure to take probiotics afterwards. Doing a cleansing of this sort will cleanse out a lot of the good and bad bacteria out of your body, so it's always good to take over the counter probiotics to insure you have an ample supply in your body afterwards.
Our body can't be in homeostasis if there are too many toxins in it. We have to get the toxins out and sometimes even regular bowel movements cant get it all out, where an enema can help us tremendously.

Never done this, but will think about trying it.
Yes this is so helpful. I have done all kinds of enema's, but now I only do water ones. They have gotten rid of ongoing headaches I once had.
